For over two decades, Ashwin Mushran has been transforming stories through his work in film, television, theater, and voice artistry. A graduate of The Drama Studio London and Delhi University's Hindu College, he has established himself as a versatile performer in Mumbai's entertainment industry.

 

Ashwin's filmography spans over 30 features, including landmark productions like 'Lage Raho Munna Bhai,' National Award-winner 'Fashion,' and 'Island City' (Venice Film Festival Best Debut Director, 2015). His television career showcases his range from comedy to drama, with memorable roles in 'The Great Indian Comedy Show,' 'Dhadkan Zindagi Kii' (Sony Entertainment), and most recently as Farzad Soonawala in Netflix's 'Rana Naidu,' the Indian adaptation of 'Ray Donovan.'

 

On stage, Ashwin has captivated audiences worldwide with performances in 'Pune Highway' (touring nine countries), 'Djinns of Eidgah,' 'Peer Gynt,' The Scent of a Man, As Bees in Honey Drown and 'A Few Good Men.' His theatrical work demonstrates his commitment to both classical and contemporary storytelling.

 

As one of India's leading voice artists, Ashwin has lent his voice to hundreds of commercials and is the preferred Hindi dubbing artist for Hollywood stars including Adam Sandler, Michael Fassbender, and Stanley Tucci. His voice work gained international recognition as Saif Ali Khan's voice in Netflix's 'Sacred Games' and as the Professor in the Hindi version of the global phenomenon 'Money Heist.'”
